In support of our collective well-being and in recognition of the importance of mental health, we are offering several QPR “Question, Persuade, Refer” Suicide Prevention Training sessions. These training sessions aim to equip participants with essential skills to recognize the warning signs of a crisis and guide those in need to appropriate help.

We encourage everyone to attend and learn how to support friends, peers, and community members in difficult times.
